Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are not eligible for a refund. In the case of a no-show or if you fail to arrive for your scheduled tour without prior notice, your booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

If you cancel your booking within the specified 48-hour cancellation window, you will be eligible for a full refund. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your booking, such as extreme weather conditions or operational issues, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour to another date that is convenient for you.
In the event of a tour cancellation by Keep Good Trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be fully refunded. If applicable, the payment will be returned to the original payment method used during the booking process.
Non-Refundable Items
Some services or additional products that are added to your booking, such as private tours or special transportation, may be subject to different refund terms. These specific terms will be clearly outlined at the time of booking, and such items may not be eligible for a refund under this policy.
