3. Booking Conditions

When booking a service, tour, or experience through Keep Good Trip, the following conditions apply:

  • Subject to Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. We strive to confirm bookings as soon as possible, but please note that availability may change depending on demand, time of booking, and other factors.

  • Price Fluctuations: Prices are provided as estimates, and prices may change before final confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, the price remains fixed unless otherwise stated (for example, in cases of errors in pricing or extreme currency fluctuation).

  • Accuracy of Details: You are responsible for providing accurate information when making bookings, including contact details, identification information, and payment details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in the cancellation of your booking or other issues with your reservation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation with Refund: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund. This provides flexibility and ensures that you won’t incur charges if you need to cancel within a reasonable time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour may not be eligible for a refund. We understand that emergencies can happen, so exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, particularly in instances of force majeure (such as natural disasters or travel restrictions).

  • Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method, but please note that the refund time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is crucial for any traveler. We highly recommend that you:

  • Obtain Comprehensive Coverage: We advise all travelers to secure comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal accidents, and loss or theft of personal belongings.

  • Travel Risks: While we take every measure to ensure your safety, unexpected events can occur. Insurance helps protect you financially if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make claims for lost items.

  • We Do Not Provide Insurance: Please note that Keep Good Trip does not provide insurance. We strongly encourage you to research and choose an appropriate policy for your needs.

6. Responsibilities of the Traveler

As a traveler, you are responsible for the following:

  • Valid Travel Documents: Ensure that your passport, visa, or any required documents are valid for the duration of your stay in Japan. You are responsible for any legal requirements, such as entry visas.

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for all activities, tours, and scheduled events. Late arrivals may miss the experience or face cancellation of services without a refund.

  • Compliance with Local Laws: Respect the local customs, rules, and regulations. This includes following safety instructions provided by tour guides and adhering to any cultural guidelines.

  • Behavior During Activities: Engage respectfully with other participants, guides, and local communities. Unruly behavior may result in being asked to leave an activity without a refund.

7. Changes and Cancellations by Keep Good Trip

While we strive to provide smooth and seamless experiences, we reserve the right to make changes to bookings for reasons beyond our control:

  • Rescheduling or Cancelling Tours: We may cancel or reschedule tours or services if there are unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, we will offer you the option to either receive a full refund or select an alternative date or service.

  • Alternative Arrangements: If we cancel or modify your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with alternatives. Our goal is to ensure that your trip is as enjoyable as possible.
