• 1. A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date.
• 2. In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email.
• 3. Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women.
• 4. Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time.
• 5. If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions not meeting safety standards or insufficient number of participants, our company will refund the tour fee in full, but will not compensate you for personal expenses such as transportation and accommodation that you have already paid.
• 6. If a tour is canceled due to force majeure (including natural disasters, war, strikes, government bans, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, and other circumstances beyond our control), we will refund the tour fare in full before departure. If the tour is canceled on the day of departure or mid-trip due to any of these reasons, the remaining tour fare will be refunded after deducting any incurred expenses. No claims for additional compensation will be accepted in these circumstances, and any resulting losses or additional expenses will be borne by the passenger.
• 7. If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, such as not arriving on the day, being late, getting lost, feeling unwell, being separated from the group, or voluntarily giving up the trip, no matter what the reason for failure to participate, the fees paid will not be refunded and no compensation of any form will be provided. Please understand.
• 8. Please understand that due to force majeure factors such as traffic control and weather changes, the itinerary may be delayed, the content may be adjusted, or attractions may be cancelled.
• 9. The return trip may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, and other factors on the day of your trip, especially during holidays, when traffic is often congested. Drivers and guides will flexibly adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances, so a later return trip may occur. If you have an overnight flight or connecting trip on the same day, please allow ample time to avoid disruption to your travel plans. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided for delays. Passengers with flights to catch are advised to exercise caution when booking or to make appropriate arrangements for subsequent travel.
• 10. To ensure travel safety and the smooth running of the entire itinerary, our company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, modify the activities, or cancel the tour if necessary. If a tour is cancelled for such reasons, our company will refund the full tour fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• 11. Due to unpredictable factors such as traffic congestion, the duration of stay at various attractions may be temporarily adjusted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• 12. The bus operates a one-person-per-seat system to ensure the comfort and safety of every passenger. Pre-assigned seats are not currently accepted. Depending on the number of passengers registered on the day, passengers of the opposite sex may be assigned to sit next to each other. We appreciate your understanding and tolerance.
• 13. Minors and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with full legal capacity. Travelers aged 70 and over are advised to be accompanied by family or friends and to sign a waiver on the day of travel.
• 14. To ensure your own safety and take into account the rights and interests of other group members, if you suffer from chronic diseases, mobility difficulties or other special health conditions, please proactively and truthfully inform us when registering so that we can make appropriate arrangements and assistance in advance.
• 15. According to local Japanese regulations, infants also occupy seats, so infants under three years old will be charged the same fare as adults. If you plan to travel with an infant, please inform customer service clearly when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance and do not pay for the fee, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding to the infant and accompanying parent if the vehicle is overloaded due to the infant on the day of the tour. In such cases, our company assumes no liability, and any fees paid will not be refunded. Any additional costs will be borne by the parent. Please adhere to this policy to avoid any disruption to your trip.
• 16. Some small shops, vending machines, and temporary stalls near scenic spots still require cash payment. It's recommended that you carry a sufficient amount of Japanese Yen in cash to ensure a smoother journey.
• 17. To maintain the cleanliness of our bus and the comfort of all passengers, please refrain from eating or drinking on board. Any damage to seats or the bus will result in a cleaning fee based on local standards. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a clean and comfortable riding environment.
• 18. Passengers with large luggage, please note the luggage situation when placing an order. We will arrange a suitable pick-up vehicle in advance according to actual needs to ensure that your luggage is loaded smoothly.
