- 6. If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions not meeting safety standards or insufficient number of participants, our company will refund the tour fee in full, but will not compensate you for personal expenses such as transportation and accommodation that you have already paid.

If a tour is canceled due to force majeure (including natural disasters, war, strikes, government bans, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, and other circumstances beyond our control), we will refund the tour fare in full before departure. If the tour is canceled on the day of departure or mid-trip due to any of these reasons, the remaining tour fare will be refunded after deducting any incurred expenses. Drivers and guides will flexibly adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances, so a later return trip may occur. If you have an overnight flight or connecting trip on the same day, please allow ample time to avoid disruption to your travel plans. - 13. The bus operates a one-person-per-seat system to ensure the comfort and safety of every passenger. Pre-assigned seats are not currently accepted. Depending on the number of passengers registered on the day, passengers of the opposite sex may be assigned to sit next to each other. We appreciate your understanding and tolerance.
- 14. Minors and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with full legal capacity. Travelers aged 70 and over are advised to be accompanied by family or friends and to sign a waiver on the day of travel.
